The watcher and the watch

27.7.2015

Question: Sir..When we watch our mind I feel there are 2 entities.. Mind and the watcher After some time I feel the watcher becomes the watched. There are no 2 entities.. Is my perception correct? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Answer: Generally, thoughts will be reflecting as your mind. When you watch your mind, thoughts will disappear. When you watch the mind, why should thoughts disappear? Thoughts were reflecting with the support of that which is watching now.

The moment you start watching, you are disconnected from thoughts. The supply of current is cut. It's like switching off the fan. The fan won't stop immediately once you switch off the fan. But it will stop very soon.

In the same way, once you start watching, the distance is created. You are disconnected from the mind. You may observe a few thoughts. But very soon the mind will disappear. Once the mind disappears, the watcher also disappears.

Not the watcher becomes the watch. But both the watcher and the watched disappear. Both can't survive independently. They have to disappear. Then what remains is the Awareness.

Good Morning....Let the Awareness remain...💐
