Psychological wounds

10.7.2015

Question: Sir, the other day you said that expose the wound and it will be healed. How to expose the psychological wounds?

Answer: When you are non-judgmental, your mind is single. When you judge your thoughts, desires, emotions and feelings as good and bad, your mind is split into two.You allow the good and suppress the bad. That which has been suppressed goes to the unconscious mind. And it becomes wound. So, don't suppress. Don't condemn anything. If you condemn, it hides in the dark side of your mind.

What is inside, comes out. If you don't allow it, where will it go?

It will go inside again and will be waiting for another chance to come out. If you keep on suppressing, it will become wound. You are afraid of the bad. That's why you suppress it. Without judging it as good or bad, allow everything to come out. But you should observe everything without missing. The very observation is the medicine. It will heal the wound. When you observe without judgement, divisions in your mind disappear. Observation unites the divisions.

Good Morning.... Be indivisible...💐
