Permanent solution for Asthma

25.4.2016

Question: Sir, is there any confirmed permanent solution which heals asthma ..?

Answer: Asthma is an inflammatory disease of the airway and mainly arises from allergies. Some of the common characteristics or symptoms of asthma are recurrent breathing problems, breathlessness, wheezing, chest tightness, coughing etc...Some common causes of asthma are allergens from nature like house dust mite and cockroach, grass, pollen, foods, climatic changes, animals like cats, dogs etc.

Ayurveda classifies the causes of asthma into three based on the causative factors - Diet related factors, Work related factors and other factors. If we analyse spiritually, there must be two causes of asthma. One is hereditary and the other is the present lifestyle. Some problems in sensitivity are the cause for allergy. Sensitivity is related to mind. Mind is influenced by hereditary imprints.

Hence, if you can change your hereditary imprints, you can cure asthma. Meditations of Karya Siddhi Yoga can change your genes. Suitable exercises, asanas, pranayamas, mudras and kiriyas will cleanse your body and energise the organs. But a permanent solution depends upon your lifestyle. If you change your lifestyle in such a way that it won't cause asthma, you can lead a life without asthma.

Good Morning ... Let your meditation change your genes...💐
