Jivatma vs Paramatma

15.5.2015

Question: Please explain regarding Jivatma and Paramatma.

Answer: Consciousness is Atma. When it is identified itself with objects like body, mind and imprints, it is called as Jivatma and also known as fractional consciousness. When the consciousness is not identifying itself with anything but making everything function, it is called as Paramatma, and also known as total consciousness.

When the awareness is less, identification will be more. When the awareness is more, identification will become less. As long as identification is there, so long the Jivatma and Paramatma concept will exist. When there is no identification, only Pure Awareness is there. Some people call it Atma. Some call it Anatma(No Athma). No need to call it Atma or Anatma. Just be aware.

Good night.. Just be aware..💐
