Question: Sir, what is the way to know what more inside me to be aware of... such that I can achieve something better in the spirit level..?


Answer: You can expand your awareness up to the universe and beyond so that your mental frequency will reduce easily. You can also contract your awareness up to the Parama Anu so that your mind will become sharper. After becoming expert in these techniques, you can be still without expansion and contraction. Neither expansion nor contraction is the consciousness. That is you. Whenever you are free, if you observe it, your mind will become consciousness.
