Adulterated food

Question: Sir, I have a question on present day adulterated food and the use of poisonous chemicals in food. How to deal with this problem?

Answer: Adulteration is an addition of another substance to a food item in order to increase the quantity of the food item in raw form or prepared form, which may result in the loss of actual quality of food item. These substances may be other available food items or non-food items.

Food is the very basic thing to survive. So adulteration in food is inhuman. Greed is the cause for this inhuman activity. Many people in the other departments are doing illegal acts and becoming rich. Seeing this, people in the food department also have greed and do illegal acts to become rich. By this everybody is suffering.

Now these people say, "Let other people stop, we will also stop". What to do? Either you should stop eating food or you should adjust with what is available. There is no other go. you can not change the outer world. If you accept and adjust with what is available, the inner consciousness will convert the poison into nectar.

One more important thing. Are you not adulterating the food which you eat? Are you not eating the food while watching T.V.? Are you not eating the food while talking to someone..? Are you not eating the food thinking of something? Are you not eating the food without knowing what to eat, how to eat, when to eat and how much to eat?

These things also come under adulteration. First you stop adulteration. Eat the food with awareness. Whatever you eat without awareness becomes poison. Whatever you eat with awareness becomes nectar.

Good morning... Be aware and become nectar...💐
